AN ETHICS LESSON

Ji-na, a hostess at a high-end bar, turns up dead in her apartment. Although her ex-boyfriend is the actual murderer, a professor who was having an affair with her gets arrested instead. Overwhelmed by the guilt, the ex-boyfriend tries to commit suicide in her apartment, only to discover wire taps set up by Ji-na’s neighbor who has been secretly admiring her. A loan shark, who is left with Ji-na’s debt after her death, finds out about the ex-boyfriend and the eavesdropping neighbor. He steals the neighbor’s recording tapes and kidnaps the ex-boyfriend as leverage to strike a deal with the professor’s wife. The creepy neighbor goes after the loan shark for the stolen tapes, ending up in a bloody fight which leaves all three men in bad form. When the professor’s wife later arrives at the scene of the fight, the three ask her to get help, but she takes matters into her own hands in deciding the fate of all three men.
