ALMOST CHE

It’s the 1980s in Korea when student movements are heating up in opposition to the military government. Dae-oh, a lunch delivery boy, happens to go to a girls’ university dormitory on delivery and falls in love at first sight with Yaerin. Dae-oh finds out about Yae-rin’s birthday and goes to her party but where he actually ends up is in the middle of a student riot for democracy. As the riot squad starts to exert force, Dae-oh struggles with all his might to save Yae-rin, the love of his life, from all the violence.
