Corrupt detective Jong-shik covers-up organ trafficking mafia HWANG’s murder crime to receive bribe for his daughter Min-ji’s heart transplant surgery. Sang-man, who is framed as the suspect by Jong-shik and jailed, receives the news of his daughter’s death while serving sentence, and decides to take his revenge.

Two years later, Sang-man is declared not guilty and is out of the prison. Sang-man’s chase after Jong-shik begins, while Jong-shik’s colleague Detective KIM opens reinvestigation on the murder case 2 years ago in which Sang-man was falsely charged. Meanwhile, Jong-shik receives the news that they have finally found a heart for his daughter, but falls into despair when he finds out the heart belongs to Sang-man’s wife. Finally, with nowhere to turn, Jong-shik plots to kill Sang-man in order to save his daughter…
